Education & Development

Water Filtration Program

TELSA enhances learning environments by implementing sustainable facilities, including modern restroom construction and the installation of Mineral Water Plants. By providing purified drinking water to students and teachers at schools like ZPHS Murikipudi, Sarada Chilakaluripet, and Kotappakonda, we ensured better hygiene and long-term health outcomes for the entire community.

Digital Transformation

TELSA has provided grants to modernize classrooms at Murikipudi and Chilakaluripet (Sarada) ZPHS by providing essential digital infrastructure, including electricity, data cabling, and internet services to support interactive learning.

Sportswear Distribution

TELSA distributed free sportswear to all the students of the ZPHS Pinapaka in Bhadrachalam tribal area of Telangana.

STEM Integration

Supported science, technology, engineering, and mathematics-based educational initiatives.

Notebooks Distribution

TELSA identified the need in Andhra Pradesh Primary Schools – while text books are being provided by the AP State Government, the primary students are not getting any other school supplies such as Subject notebooks or pens/pencils/sharpeners. TELSA then launched Notebooks and School Supplies distribution program in three Mandals of Palnad district (Rompicherla, Edlapadu, Chilakaluripet) to cover 156 schools, 9266 students and distributed 26,500 Notebooks and 4,750 Geometry Kits.

Mobility Program

Provided 5200+ bicycles to improve student commute and school accessibility.

Project SAKHYA

Provided feminine hygiene kits to girl students. They were also trained to make reusable sanitary pads.

Meal Plates Distribution

Distribution of much-needed Plates for Midday Meals Program in all schools of 3 Mandals – Chilakaluripet, Rompicherla and Edlapadu Mandals (Mandal Parishad Primary, Municipal and Zilla Parishad High Schools):
The Dokka Seethamma Mid-Day Meal Scheme in Andhra Pradesh is named after “Dokka Seethamma,” revered as the daily breadwinner and Annapurna of the Godavari districts. Initially implemented for schools, the scheme has now been extended to intermediate colleges as well. While Government of Andhra Pradesh has successfully implemented national level Midday Meals program to improve nutrition and attendance thereby reducing inequality among students, there are significant shortcomings. When we recently distributed Notebooks for Primary schools, the teachers from various schools came back with a request to donate Stainless Steel plates for their students due to lack or paucity of plates (leading to some students eating from the same plate unfortunately).
TELSA supplied 8,200 stainless steel plates to 156 schools in the academic year 2025-26.

Spoken English Program

TELSA is now funding spoken English programs within government schools. This initiative is designed to equip students with the communication skills necessary to excel in professional interviews and future career opportunities.
