To promote Telugu literature, TELSA hosts a quarterly Sahiti Sadassu. We invite writers from the Los Angeles Metro area, across the USA, and around the world to share their work or present a favorite story or poem by another author.

Drama and arts

TELSA promotes drama & arts unique to Telugu culture and over the years organized many skits/plays at its events. As part of its 21st anniversary, TELSA team presented a large Telugu play Gayopakhyanam based on Indian mythological epic Mahabharata. It also encouraged English drama “Inversion” written and directed by local playwright Aditya Putcha.
